Cordyceps militaris at 50 mg — note the species. Most cordyceps supplements use sinensis; militaris is the cultivated species with the higher cordycepin content, and it has a long record of traditional use. Shilajit at 50 mg is a mineral-rich resin from high-altitude rock, used for centuries in Ayurvedic practice and valued for its naturally occurring fulvic acid and trace minerals. Oyster peptide at 20 mg contributes naturally occurring amino acids and zinc.
